1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be provided under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product or an item different from what was ordered.
  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery (must be reported within 12 hours).
  • Your order was not delivered due to reasons attributable to us.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized cakes, gift items, or flower arrangements.
  • Orders canceled after the product has been dispatched or is out for delivery.
  • Delay in delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided.
